Qtrac VR will enhance your customer’s experience by reducing perceived and actual wait times through increased service efficiency and effective digital signage. Virtual queuing is effective at dispersing waiting crowds and creating a pleasant environment. It frees customers to shop while they wait, increasing impulse purchases and decreasing perceived wait times. And it allows you to communicate directly with customers via the ticket, the LCD display, and text messaging.

Customers are called to the service window via LCD displays placed around the queuing area.

Customers register at a kiosk for their desired service and receive a ticket that specifies their unique call number, the service for which they registered, and the estimated wait time.
While waiting for service, customers can relax, browse, or shop, helping to reduce perceived wait times and increasing overall satisfaction.
Between queuing messages, or at all times if split screen mode is activated, the Qtrac monitor can display promotional stills or advertising videos.
Customers are called to service when the Service Agent clicks the service button on his screen. Agents can access the screen directly from
their PC.

  • A QtracVR® server is installed and connected to a wireless
    router creating a stand-alone wireless network.
  • One or more registration kiosks are placed at convenient
    locations to dispense tickets. The kiosks are wirelessly
    connected to the server/router, which can reside within
    the kiosk housing.
  • Existing or new Queuing Monitors are placed around the dispersed queue area and are physically connected to
    the QtracVR® server.
  • Service Station Agents access QtracVR® through our wireless touchscreen remote.
  • Administrators access reports or upload/schedule media through a PC via the local network or the internet (optional) using a standard browser window such as Internet Explorer Software
