Twill Print Methods – That “WOW” Factor

Adding your logo to a throw cover is easy and adds that “wow” factor that you are looking for.  By choosing to add your logo with one of our printing options; your table at your trade show, promotional event, job fair or in-office display  will surely stand out above the competition.  Add your logo using our Maxi Print, Rapid Print, or Full Color method.

Our Maxi print method is a silk screening process.  With a maximum imprint size of up to 48″ x 17.8″, printed centered on front, we will add your logo or message to the table cover.  Screen printing is a stencil method of print making in which your design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance.  This method is great for getting that close match to your corporate colors using the Pantone Matching System.  But remember, we only print solid colors with this printing method (No gradients or fades).

Rapid Print is our heat transfer method.  If you choose Rapid Print you can choose from our 14 Thermoflex colors or the 7 Decoflock colors.  This method is only used for simple text and logos because they are cut out of your choice of Thermoflex or Decoflock using a cutting plotter.  After the pieces are cut out, they are then adhered to the fabric through heat and pressure. The maximum imprint size using this method is up to 48″ by 13″ with the graphics being centered on the front of your throw cover, fitted set, skirting or table runner.   Also beware that any overlapping colors are not possible with this method.  We can offer you use of up to two different colors using this process.

The Full Color process has unlimited possibilities.  You send us your high resolution pictures and logos and we will get it done!  Using the CMYK process, just like your desk top printer, we can print gradients, fades and unlimited vibrant full colors! A full color image is printed onto a “transfer” paper, and then it is placed onto white fabric and ran through a series of pressure rollers and high heat.  This permanently bonds the image directly onto the fibers of the fabric. This process is unable to match Pantone colors 100% however, depending on the colors close matches are possible but not guaranteed.  This will give you a high impact piece that is great for your display.  With this process you can print on the front or the entire throw!  This product is also machine washable and dryable.  This process is economical and efficient.

Each method has its advantages and disadvantages and we would be happy to help you decide which method is best for your project.  All printing methods are available to use on all table covers, table skirts and table runners. These custom printed logo products are great for trade shows and promotions other special events.
